Price Sheet is a web-based application that allows dealerships to inexpensively create fast and accurate price sheets for new vehicles.

The main database of new Mazda vehicles is maintained centrally to ensure it is up to date and accurate and the system strictly follows the manufacturers' pricing for the vehicle, freight, and dealer preparation.

Dealers are allowed to add their own accessories and any discounts for sale pricing.

Product Highlights

The goal of Price Sheet is to prepare fast and accurate price sheets for new vehicles.

The key to the system is a centrally maintained database which has up-to-date vehicle features and descriptions based on the manufacturer's:

• Model codes
• Option codes
• Colour codes
• Fuel economy stats

If a dealer wishes to add accessories to a vehicle, a separate, dealer-specific login allows for the addition of accessories or accessory packages at an appropriate price.

Price Sheet was designed with both the manufacturer and the dealer in mind. It does not allow a dealer to change MSRP, freight, or dealer preparation charges, however, it does allow the dealer to add accessory packages of any type and to change pricing for a vehicle.

System Requirements

The following are the minimum recommended system requirements for Price Sheet:

• Price Sheet will run from any computer with a modern web browser, including Internet Explorer (version 9 and above), Firefox (version 13 and above), Google Chrome (version 17 and above) and Safari (version 4 and above).
• Printing is best done using a laser printer but a wide variety of printer types can be utilized since the price sheets can be printed on plain or preformatted letter stock, with adhesive applied afterward using an inexpensive 3M 2-sided tape gun.
